Dustin hiser

Dustin began his career with Union Pacific and quickly worked up through the ranks to the role of track inspector. Following his time at UP, he joined the short-line rail industry as a track inspector with the Austin Western Railroad. It would be on the AWRR where he earned his first role as a Roadmaster overseeing all aspects of the engineering department. Then his most recent move landed him in Northwest Arkansas as the Roadmaster on the Arkansas & Missouri Railroad. With over a decade of experience in the rail industry, Dustin’s experience is vast and very unique. He has completed numerous track inspection courses and annual training in addition to his years of hands on experience, with his most recent certification coming from the University of Tennessee in railroad track inspection and safety standards. He is also a certified railroad bridge inspector.
